MY APPROACH

Therapy, for you

Therapy, to me, is a space for exploration, connection, and growth. It’s a place where you can show up fully as yourself — messy, complicated, uncertain, curious — and be met with compassion, curiosity, and care. Therapy is your space to figure out who you are and ask questions about what life means, where you’ve been, and where you’re going.

My approach is relational and collaborative. That means we don’t just focus on symptoms or quick fixes — we work together to understand the deeper patterns, stories, and experiences that have shaped you.

Together, we’ll uncover the roots of your struggles, explore the possibilities of change, and build tools that help you move toward a more grounded, fulfilling future. Sometimes the work feels challenging, sometimes it feels joyful — but my goal is that it always feels worthwhile.

I take an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities. Here you’ll find brief descriptions of some the of frameworks and modalities that influence my practice.
